Hey, 2010 HetaSun Pinch Hitters!

The deadline for all pinch hit fills is August 31st at noon PT. Here's a countdown timer that will let you know exactly how much time is left, regardless of your time zone. Of course you are welcome to send in your fill earlier if you get it done (and we'll love you even more than we already do!). Either way, good luck and thanks so much for stepping up!♥

This deadline applies retroactively to pinch hit assignments already sent (don't panic--we're giving you more time, not taking away any) as well as to all pinch hits sent out from now on.

August 31st will be the very last day of the main round this year. This will give you ten days for any regular pinch hit--but it may give you less than that if we need a pinch hit for a pinch hitter or someone with an extension who winds up having to drop out.

In light of that, we're placing a special call for pinch hitters who are able to do fills with a short turn-around time. We know this is asking a lot and we have nothing to offer in return except undying gratitude and perhaps a fabulous stick figure "artwork" by Miaou, but this exchange needs you...*flutters lashes hopefully?*

So if you think you would be able to complete fills with only a few days (or, crossed fingers this doesn't happen, even less), please comment here with the following:

It's official: sign-ups for the 2009 Hetalia Sunshine Fanworks Exchange are now closed. We have exactly 125 participants, which is--dare I say--AWESOME! Please look forward to receiving your assignment over the weekend. ♥
